Okay, so chia seeds are really great for you (blog post coming on that soon), but I am not finding many recipes using chia seeds. I think the common idea is to throw them in a smoothie. However, I know some of you are really creative and have come up with other ways to get your daily dose of chia seeds.
So…I am going to open up this post to your recipes. I will include a link-up form for those of you who blog. For those who don’t, please share by commenting below with your recipe!
Here is one of mine – Mango Chia “Pudding.” This is really easy and very delicious and packed with nutrients.
My second one, Warm Chia Potato Salad, is in the works. It will be up this week.
So show me yours!

That is good to know! I am worried that the heat will destroy the omega-3′s in the chia seeds, though, as they are heat-sensitive.

Hi Lea,
I shared a post I did a while back on chia seeds. It includes several recipes. My favorite is the salad dressing, my family LOVES it! It’s the only one we use anymore.
Thanks for hosting!

These look great! I just recently started using chia seeds. For right now we are doing them in smoothies but I’ve been scheming up an idea for using them in a different way.
