Welcome to Nourishing Treasures’ Make Your Own Monday Link-Up.
I thought it would be fun for us to share our versions of store-bought foods. What are you making on your own and no longer purchasing at the store? Share here!
I am sharing my Maple Syrup Frosting recipe.
Link-Up Rules
1. Add a text link to the bottom of the recipe post you are sharing, or you can use the “Make Your Own Mondays” image (above).
2. All recipes are welcome as long as they don’t contain processed foods or unhealthy ingredients (no white sugar, white flour, soy, canola oil, etc.). You can also add cleaning and body care recipes as long as they contain natural/safe ingredients.
3. If you aren’t a blogger and want to share a recipe, just leave a comment with your recipe. If you have a photo you could be featured next week!
This isn’t a rule, but I enjoy it when you leave a comment letting me know what you shared.
I will be choosing my top three favorites and will feature them next week – and I can’t feature you if you haven’t linked back
Here are my top four faves from last week’s link-up (click through to view the recipes!):
Canning Homemade Strawberry Jam from The Not so Super Mama
Chocolate Avocado Fudge from Coconut Mama
Honeydew Lime-Mint Cooler from Coconut Mama

Thanks for hosting Lea!
This week I’m sharing our new favorite indulgence. Sweets are rare in our house during gut healing, and these are decadent enough to make it feel like a real treat when we make them. They are allergen-free (dairy, soy, gluten, EGG, … ) and perfect for those following a GAPS/Paleo/Primal diet. Try them with a cup of tea, for a lazy Sunday breakfast, or pop in a lunch box.

Thank you so much for featuring my Cauliflower Wraps, Lea! I am so excited! This week, I posted my Slow Cooker Orange Fennel Chicken. It is allergen free and GAPS, plus it takes only a few minutes to throw together. It tastes amazing!
