This is my Origami Owl locket. Isn’t it pretty? When I picked mine out, I chose items to represent what was dearest to me. A heart-shaped birthstone in aquamarine to represent my husband’s birth month, as well as a birthstone for my son, and one for my daughter. I chose a “blessed” plate to set as a background to represent how blessed I am!
Origami Owl has hundreds of options for charms to put inside the locket. My daughter is saving up to get herself the horse charm from the animals collection, and best friends heart to share with her best friend. Some choose to use a locket to memorialize a loved one who has passed on. You can also choose to add charms that represents milestones in your life, such as a wedding ring. Origami Owl offers charms for hobbies such as a sewing machine, books, or a camera. I love the tea/coffee cup they have
Locket options range in size from Mini (new!), Medium, and Large. Finishes are Silver, Gold, Rose, and newly-released Black and Chocolate. You can get them with or without a simulated diamond-studded edge. View Origami Owl locket page to see available options. Several chain options are available as well, in different finish options, although you can use a chain you may already have.
This is How I Built My Origami Owl Necklace
Went to my friend Becca’s Origami Owl website. I clicked on the Living lockets link on the top bar. The locket I chose from the main locket page is the Large Silver, although there are several locket options.
I wasn’t sure if I wanted to purchase a plate, as the locket has a clear front and back and would be pretty against any shirt. But when I saw this “blessed” plate, I knew I had to have it. You can go to the main plate page to view the color and size options available.
The photo below shows how you can stack the plate sizes. It looks to be a Small Gold “true” with a Large “love” in Rosegold inside a Large locket with crystals. Oh, and a heart charm with crystals on it
You can find the available charms here on this charm page which lists charms by category. I chose mine from the birthstones category. My husband is represented by an aquamarine heart; my son by a round aquamarine stone; and my daughter by a round diamond.

If you do order, could you do me a favor?
