Lea’s Spiced Yogurt Recipe

This makes a great before-bedtime snack. It’s quick and easy, and healthy, too :)

I scoop 1 cup of plain yogurt in my bowl and top with 1/4 cup chopped walnuts, 2 tsp ground cinnamon, and 1 tsp ground cloves. Stir.

That’s it! I told you it was easy :D

Awww, I have this for breakfast a lot…I’m glad it has your seal if approval! It’s been a while since I added cloves, and the nuts vary based on what I have. This week i’m mixing it with leftover black rice. :)
