Mango Chia “Pudding” Recipe

This is a quick and easy two-ingredient recipe packed with nutrition.

Lea’s Mango Chia “Pudding” Recipe

  1. Peel and slice a fresh mango, placing the pieces in a food processor.
  2. Food process until smooth and creamy.
  3. Add 1 tablespoon chia seeds and pulse until mixed.

That’s it! Pure yumminess with the consistency of a pudding.
