Encouraging others to take baby steps in the right direction of health for their families, she believes education is power.
Lea’s goal is to raise awareness of what goes into our mouths and on our bodies, providing natural alternative information that promotes health and prevents disease by using traditional foods and nature’s medicine (God-given herbs and supplements).
It’s helpful to know what to avoid, and what to indulge in, why to go natural, and how to make your own.
Products suggested or recommended can be found at any health food store and many places online. When a specific product/brand is recommended, it is because Lea has or would use that product personally.
Lea earned her Health Coach Certificate from Beyond Organic University on March 5th, 2012.
