Do you want your children to learn how to cook real foods?

Do you want your children to learn how to prepare, cook, and clean up meals together?

Don’t wait until they are in their teens - get them started now.

Jami, from Eat Nourishing, and Wardeh from GNOWFGLINS have put together a wonderful eCourse about teaching our kids to help with and cook meals in our homes for as little as $10.

What I love about GNOWFGLINS is instead of charging hundreds of dollars for one class, membership is budget-friendly. $10 will get you a one-month access as a basic member with access to all classes and lessons (which include videos and pdf print-outs), private forum support, a monthly bonus, and ebook discounts.

When you join as a basic member for just $10, you will not only have access to the new course, Real Food Kids: In the Kitchen, but all the other courses as well:

Perfect Timing

Real Food Kids: In the Kitchen‘s debut was timely for me. My daughter recently turned eight, and I thought it was about time she came into the kitchen and helped me cook. I had planned to begin teaching her by going through Wardeh’s Fundamentals course, but when Wardeh released Real Food Kids: In the Kitchen, I knew I had to change plans.

I’ll be honest: it’s not easy for me to let someone help me in the kitchen - especially children. When I am making a meal, I just want to be left alone to my own creativity as I fly around the kitchen getting stuff done.

Now my daughter is a natural. She can whip up dip for vegetables, dressings for salads - even bake a cake or cookies with no recipe and it comes out really yummy!

I want to nurture that gift.

So….I decided to carve out a little more time in my kitchen duties to allow my children to help. And you know what? It is as fun for me as it is for them.

What I love about Real Food Kids: In the Kitchen

I love that my children are more involved in meals. In making new things, if they are involved, the chances of them enjoying the new meal are much better.

I never would have considered involving my four year old in meal prep. But he is having so much fun helping out. He can tear the lettuce, add the toppings (I add the dressing). He can bring things to the table, set napkins, and after meals, bring things to the counter as my daughter and I clean up the kitchen.

Real Food Kids In the Kitchen - win access to this ecourse by GNOWFGLINS — 5 Comments

  1. I would love to teach my kids a foundation of healthy eating while they are still young and could use some tips! We are starting homeschool this year - so this could be part of our learning!

  2. I have 4 kids that have eaten mostly NT style for most of their lives, but I don’t cook with them. I’d love the chance to teach them some of it in a simple way.

  3. I want to win because I have 4 children that need to know these skills for life and also to help me out and eventually make meals for the family and themselves!
