Lea’s Mango Chia “Pudding” Recipe
- Peel and slice a fresh mango, placing the pieces in a food processor.
- Food process until smooth and creamy.
- Add 1 tablespoon chia seeds and pulse until mixed.
That’s it! Pure yumminess with the consistency of a pudding.
