Do Fido jars explode? Do they off-gas? Let’s find out (video) — 6 Comments

  1. Lea’s done it again! After your last Fido post I was decided…but then the voices of doubt continued, and tomorrow’s the day I’m going shopping. So I’ve spent yet another day re-searching, and this experiment eliminates my reservations. Thanks again.

  2. I LOVE this!!!! I had been feeling bad about not making great ferments after reading…um, I am sure you can guess what I am talking about…then after following your sauerkraut survivor I was convinced that I could ferment in a Fido and this made me so happy. I have access to a store that sells them for next to nothing and that is exactly what my budget can afford. My ferments have never tasted better!!!! Thank you!!!!
