Lea’s Creamy Strawberry Yogurt Popsicles
Combine in food processor (or blender):
- 32 oz. plain, whole milk yogurt
- 2 cups strawberries (fresh or frozen - matters not!)
- 1 TBSP ground flax seed (optional)
Pour into molds, or make your own using paper cups and popsicle sticks.
This can be done with any fruit, really. Be creative!
Enjoy!
