We have been having so much fun making our own yogurt pops with these silicone popsicle molds.
I am excited to make our own yogurt pops this year. My kids loved the organic Stonyfield ones, but at $3/box all summer that adds up.
Now, I can make my own for much less. And with better control over ingredients.
Here what I included in the ones I made in these photos:
1 quart home-made yogurt
1 1/2 cups frozen strawberries
1/2 cup frozen blueberries
1 frozen banana
1 cup water kefir
2 TBSP chia seeds
1 TBSP coconut oil
2 tsp Concentrace
Blend together in your Vitamix until frozen fruit is well blended. Pour into popsicle molds like the ones in the photo or these on amazon.
I like to put the ends of the silicone molds in a mason jar so I can fill them easier. Then, I cap them and freeze.
I don’t want to over-fill or the lids will pop off and make a mess (ask me how I know!)
Right now they are on amazon for $8.85. When I bought them, they were almost $12. Either way, it’s more economical than purchasing boxes of GoGurts at the store

I need to get myself some popsicle molds. With all these great popsicle recipes coming out these days, I feel left out that I haven’t been able to make any. Thanks for sharing it with us at Whole Food Wednesdays.
