I am excited to report Tropical Traditions Coconut Cream Concentrate is back in stock. It’s only been a week and the 16 oz. size is already backordered, but the 36 oz. jar is currently available (and you save a few bucks buying the larger size anyways).
I have enjoyed using this Coconut Cream Concentrate in several ways since I’ve had my jar, and my favorite way is to eat it right off the spoon
Coconut Cream Concentrate is great for making coconut milk. Simply add one or two teaspoons to a glass of water, and there you have it: coconut milk.
Another way I’ve been using Coconut Cream Concentrate is by adding it to smoothies or in my hot cocoa.
When it arrived initially, it had a nice layer of coconut oil on the top, as it had separated during the shipment from the Philippines. The You Tube video below showed me how to get the coconut oil layer mixed back into the coconut solids:
Now that it’s warming up everywhere, you may not need to go through so many steps of mixing the oil back into the coconut solids. When I received mine, it was quite cold, so it was necessary.
One way I haven’t yet tried it, although I’m just itching to, is in bread batter or even pizza dough.
Don’t be fooled - this is not store-bought coconut cream…
This is NOT “coconut cream” like the coconut cream you buy in the store. This is truly concentrated coconut cream, with no water content, and all the fiber. This allows it to be stored longer, without all the nasty preservatives you often find in canned versions of coconut cream or coconut milk.
Since one teaspoon can make a glass of coconut milk - you can consider a jar of Coconut Cream Concentrate as a replacement for powdered milk, traditional foods-style. I just now calculated that my 32 oz jar will convert to 192 glasses of coconut milk. Wow!
NO additives. NO preservatives. Grown with NO pesticides or fertilizers. Certified Organic.
As I mentioned in my post Benefits of Coconut Oil, Nourishing Traditions recommends 1 cup of coconut milk daily for those with compromised immune systems. This would work out to be 1 teaspoon of coconut cream concentrate. Such a small amount for a great nutritional boost!
Want one?
Go on over to Tropical Traditions now and order a jar. Remember, they sell out fast (the 16 oz. jar sold out in a week after being backordered for months). The 32. oz is available now for just $19.50.

I LOVE TT Coconut Cream Concentrate. It has a very long shelf life. I bought two 32 ounce jars like 5-6 years ago? I lost one jar in my cupboards and just found it a couple of months ago. The coconut oil had separated but I warmed it and mixed it back in and it is delicious. The expiration date says December 2007 but it is perfectly good. I am about halfway through my jar and would love to win this jar!
Oops, I didn’t say what I’d use my coconut cream concentrate for… I actually like to eat it right out of the jar and it is really yummy made into “candy”. And I’d like to win a jar since mine is half gone.
I would love to win a jar of the coconut cream concentrate. I like to put a spoonful in a hot cup of tea. Yummy!
Great give-away…thanks.
You mean I should do something with the coconut cream concentrate other than devour it straight from the jar?!?! LOL! I love it as a treat just plain, but I also use it to make frostings for cakes and as an ingredient in some homemade candies too.

Are you kidding? How would I NOT use coconut cream? This is amazing when stirred into almond butter (the homemade kind), makes stunning hot coconutty chocolate. It is also an awesome addition to homemade almond milk,, almond milk yogurt, coconut milk yogurt, freshly made coconut water or coconut milk kefir. A great spread on pancakes, onto granola, makes a great di for fruits, especially mango and pineapple! I would LOVE to win a jar of this beauty! Thanks for setting this up!
All the best, Robert
First time I’ve heard of this and I can’t wait to try it. The kids will definitely love this in their smoothies. Would be great for other desserts too…wow!
