Making your own flour is easy, and enjoyable. Best of all, fresh flour has more nutrition since it hasn’t set out for a period of time.
Place desired amount of wheat berries in blender and blend on the highest setting for at least 3 minutes.
If you have a grain mill, use it! It will produce finer flour.
That’s it! Now you can enjoy bread, pizza, pies, and more knowing you are getting the added benefit of freshly ground whole wheat flour.
