Make Your Own Peachy Cream Ice Cream - 5 minute recipe

This is my son’s favorite, and it’s really easy to make.

Lea’s Easy Peachy Cream Ice Cream

1. Place 6 slices frozen peaches in your food processor.

2. Process until small balls form.

3. Next, add 1/4 cup home-made whipped cream or coconut cream if you want coconut flavor added. Process well until creamy.

4. Enjoy!

Makes one serving. Double or triple as needed.

  3. This looks amazing! I’m going to freeze some peaches and try it. Actually, I’d bet this method would work with other types of fruit. Mango, maybe?
I wonder if an immersion blender would work just as well with less cleanup.

    • Yes, it does work with other fruit :)

An immersion blender won’t work well with frozen fruit. A blender might work, but I think the food processor will do a better job.
