Warm Chia Potato Salad

I have been finding more uses for chia to add to my Chia Recipes link-up.

I’ve always enjoyed potato salad most when it’s just made and still warm. This recipe reflects that.

Lea’s Warm Chia Potato Salad

1. Peel, chop, and boil three potatoes as you would for any potato salad. Make sure you cut them into chunks less than 1″ wide.
