I am pleased to share with you a link to my guest post over at Delicious Obsessions: Eight Excellent Low-Carb Fruits.
I think it’s important to realize that just because God made fruit, does not mean it is okay to eat as many as we want. Fruit sugar (fructose), is still sugar, and it will affect blood sugar levels just like any other sugar and should be limited.
My husband is diabetic. Now that his adrenals are healing, he seems to be less sensitive to the effects of sugar some days. But it’s nice to have a short list of fruits he CAN eat in moderation, rather than just avoiding them all.
So if you’ve wanted to know what the best low-carb fruits to eat are, check out Eight Excellent Low-Carb Fruits over at Delicious Obsessions.
