Make Your Own Fudge Pops

I am just lovin’ these BPA-free popsicle molds - and so do my kids! They think they are getting a treat, but it’s really a great way for me to sneak in nutrition.

These fudge pops are a delicious way to cool down in the summer heat, and they are super simple to make.

In your Vitamix or food processor add the following:

1 quart yogurt
1/2 cup cocoa powder
1/3 cup maple syrup
