Chocolate Chia Pudding + Whipped Cream recipes
I was chatting with a friend last night, and realized I hadn’t yet posted my recipe for Chocolate Chia Pudding. I was inspired by Adrienne’s recipe over at Whole New Mom.
Before I post my recipe, I want to share with you why I use and love chia seeds.
Chia seeds are the richest plant source of omega-3′s. Just one tablespoon contains 2,375mg’s. They are a complete protein as they contain all the essential amino acids in appropriate balance.
